ORDERING

The best way to order is through our website shopping cart, offering secure credit card payment. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Amex. You may also contact us with questions or to place an order by phone. We do accept mailed checks and money orders...however, the order will only ship when payment has cleared. ORDER RECEIPT

Please Note: Due to an impending major renovation of GILMOR GLASS, we request you call 888.256.4527 (TOLL FREE) or 518.789.8000 (LOCAL) for anticipated delivery times. We can not guarantee delivery times that have not been confirmed via phone. Thank you for your understanding.

Although we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible, due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we may not have the items you order in stock. When ordering online, please be prepared for a 6-8 week lead-time. We will confirm your order within 3 business days via email with specific lead times for the pieces you have ordered. You will also be notified via email when your order ships. If you need something quickly or by a certain date, please contact us first at 888-BLO-GLAS or send an email.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Given ever increasing energy costs as well as the cost of materials and the time involved to safely pack for shipping, the following costs, per shipping address, apply:

up to $100: $15
$100 - $250: $25
$251 - $500: $35
$501 - $1,000: $45
over $1,000: $60

 

 

SALES TAX

8.125% sales tax will be added to all purchases shipped within New York.

 

OUR RETURN POLICY

We will not accept any claims if they are reported after 2 weeks of delivery. We will contact UPS and file a claim for you, and we will do our best to ship replacements to you as quickly as possible. When you file your damage claim with us, we will estimate the shipping lead-time for your replacement product. Although we take care in packing each piece using industry-leading techniques, glass does tend to break occasionally! If you receive a damaged item, please do not ship it back to us or throw it away. UPS will inspect the item and package within 5 business days and ship it back to us at no cost.
